Galway Enterprise Board training programmes are carefully planned to meet the learning needs of each client. Our goal is to help you with taking on an entrepreneurial role, decisions making, spotting opportunities, think creatively and critically, develop as an entrepreneur and leader, address the real requirements and pitfalls of small business enterprise and management, discuss key issues, communicating effectively with colleagues or clients, writing letters, obtaining information, listening to others or conversing socially.
ACCELERATE - Driving Your Business Forward

Description:
Accelerate provides owner managers with a practical set of tools to grow their business in today’s difficult trading environment. There are six modules focusing on different business and leadership topics which will include: Leadership and Management; Planning and Operations; Marketing and Sales and Finance. Each module includes a group workshop, a peer network session and 1-1 mentoring sessions.
Places on the programme are limited to 12 particpants and all applicants will be assessed individually: To qualify you must be in business for at least 3 years and be willing to participate in a "financial helth check" of your business. Business goals specific to your needs will be agreed as part of the outcomes expected from the programme. All interested business applicants should email Eoin on the link below.
